To crown the afternoon, there's a special private dinner — more info on that here.

If you're not yet familiar with Chef Elmer Oliveros and you love fish, get ready. This is a master and an artist at work, and his restaurant is a must-visit. Whether you go for the famous tasting menu or order off the regular menu, you'll be surprised and delighted.

Brothers Fish and Chips started as a casual counter that Chef Elmer opened with his brother, Chef Kevin. They spent years working side by side before each evolved into exactly who they were meant to be. Chef Elmer is one of the most talented fish chefs anywhere — not just in Westchester — and today, Brothers Fish and Chips is a formal sit-down restaurant on the left and still the casual fish and chips counter on the right. Chef Kevin, meanwhile, opened his own restaurant, Risotto, in Thornwood, where risotto, gorgeous steaks and the king of cheeses take center stage. The brothers still collaborate whenever they can.

Hope to see you there!

This is unsponsored love. We simply love Chef Elmer Oliveros and his talented team.
